We are only the 2nd owner of this amazing example of a Mercedes 300SL for the last 20 years. It does need rust treatment, would be a great for someone with the appetite for a project. We have had great fun with this car and driven it with care (added only 40,000 miles in the 20 years); we are only selling it because it does not get driven regularly anymore and cannot give it the attention and time it deserves.

1. The car is roadworthy and running OK in 2022 but needs checking before driving in 2023
2. Our mechanic is available to chat to if/when a buyer has confirmed, before payment.
3. The car is metallic brown and that is its original paintwork colour, the bodywork and paint is in good condition and the pictures here are of our car (in the national licence database it is described as blue in error). There has been no respraying, altering or fillers/isopon cover up type work done to this car.
