Poor after sales experience
Bought a new audi a5 and delighted with it. I was promised financial docs would be sent on . Three weeks later still waiting. I've texted and talked with salesman. Rang dealership. No follow up.
So. You pay 58k for a car and everyone bends over backwards. Ask for a follow up and nothing. After sales isn't working and I have better things to be doing with my time .
Update
Been promised action ASAP a week ago. Nothing.
Asked today through salesman....nothing
