Sponsored this year by PTSB Asset Finance
Last week, CarsIreland.ie, in partnership with Carzone and Cartell.ie, hosted its annual Golf Outing at Killeen Castle. Now firmly established as a key date in the automotive calendar, the 2025 event brought together customers, industry leaders and golf enthusiasts for a day of competition, networking and recognition.
A Great Day on the Course
Killeen Castle once again provided the perfect venue in County Meath. Despite forecasts of showers, we were fortunate to avoid the rain, with bright spells and good playing conditions allowing golfers to enjoy one of Ireland’s top courses.
Networking Beyond the Fairways
The outing wasn’t just about golf. It provided a valuable opportunity for existing partners to reconnect, new relationships to form and for the wider Motion community to share ideas and conversations in a relaxed setting.
Competitive but Friendly Play
Players tested their skills in a range of competitions including the longest drive and closest-to-the-pin. The standard was high and the competition friendly, with Cavanaghs of Charleville once again taking the top prize and earning a place back in our Hall of Fame.
Closing the Day
The event wrapped up with an awards presentation, prizes for the winners and thanks to all who took part – especially this year’s sponsors, PTSB Asset Finance. The success of the 2025 outing sets the stage for an even stronger event in 2026.
