One of these days I’ll understand why people park in dangerous areas on busy roads.
I’ve mentioned this before, but I’ve noticed it on a few occasions over the past few weeks.
And, really, the risk was high of someone being involved in an incident.
In some cases, I must assume people’s car just shut down on them and they had no choice but to stop where they did.
But that can’t always be the case – a call of nature might have waited for one particular individual.
I’m not being unsympathetic; I’ve been there, but not on a semi-blind corner on a busy road.
I’m just reminding you as the evenings draw in how you could be putting yourself in danger.
The least you should do, if caught up in an emergency, is to avoid wandering up and down the road with a mobile phone to your ear.
That is only likely to make things more and more dangerous.
