At a young age, Colm Hanly developed an interest in cars from following different kinds of motor sport. After finishing secondary school, he trained as an apprentice car mechanic and qualified in 2009. He then set up a garage by himself in 2010. After growing his customer base over a number of years and taking on several employees, he found he was running out of space in the first premises. After a long time searching, he purchased Cashel Retail Park which is conveniently located only 2 minutes from Junction 9 on the M8 Motorway on the Cahir Road, Cashel, Co. Tipperary. His team proceeded to fit out Unit 2 of the buildings for CHM Service and Tyre Centre in 2014/2015.
