Audi have revealed price details of their new diesel S6 saloon and estate

Overview

Audi have revealed price details of their new diesel S6 saloon and estate as well as the S7 Sportback.

The S6 saloon starts at €90,860 on-the-road with the Avant (estate) costing from €93,940 and the S7 Sportback beginning at €97,530.

The German motors giant says that this is the first time that its S series models have had such TDi power (a serious 349bhp) under their bonnets.

In that respect, Audi says, it is continuing the trend set by the SQ5 SUV in having a V6 TDi propel them.

The mild-hybrid diesels (they have a 48-volt electrical system) are ready to be ordered from Irish dealers. Isn't it well for those who can afford one?

CUPRA'S electric concept vehicle will make its debut at the Frankfurt International Motor Show in September, the company has announced.

The four-door crossover concept - a mixture of Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) and sports coupe - is the first road car from the new company that will employ a 100pc electric powertrain.

Nissan has given us a second sneak preview of the much-anticipated new Juke crossover.

The dark pictures fail to fool anyone that it is anything other than the new Juke. The car, which has been designed at Nissan's London studio, is expected to go on sale early next year.

It seems hard to believe that the current model has been on the go since 2010.

And it hasn't had that many changes, you know.

It will be interesting to see how radical the new version will look, given the current one's capacity to divide opinion.

Obviously the new one will be a different take - but how extreme will it appear?

It is reported Nissan's V-Motion grille will be adapted from the Micra and that the rear of the car will get a sharper look.
