The Irish motor industry gathered in style on Thursday night to honour the exceptional dealerships, teams, and individuals who have set new standards for quality, innovation, and customer service over the past year. The CarsIreland Dealership Awards 2025, proudly sponsored by PTSB, once again celebrated outstanding achievement across every province. Winner: Tom Palmer, Monaghans Galway

This year’s Industry Superstar Award was presented to Tom Palmer, a true veteran of the Irish automotive sector with more than 40 years of service.

His nomination described him as:

“A leader, a mentor, a problem-solver, and the first person in the door every morning. Tom has shaped our company, guided our team, and supported every aspect of our operations. A mechanic, a sales expert, an HR advisor, and a general manager — Tom embodies passion, dedication, and excellence like no other.”

Tom’s contribution to the Irish motor industry is widely recognised, and the award celebrates his lifelong dedication, extraordinary skillset, and unwavering support for colleagues and customers alike.
