It's party time for Dacia as the bargain-basement brand marks five years in Ireland.
It arrived at a time when the country was in the depths of the doldrums.
Since its July 2012 official launch, the brand has sold more than 14,000 vehicles.
Its best-selling model by far has been the Duster, which has been bought by more than 8,000 people.
Now the marque, owned by Renault, is planning fifth birthday celebrations at its 28 dealerships from June 13 to 17.
There will be a test-drive competition, in which someone will win a new Sandero Stepway SE Summit Edition 1.5 dCi90 (which is worth €17,290).
