Volkswagen’s new Transporter and Caravelle arrive with prices starting from €39,265.
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Ireland has revealed full pricing and specifications for the all-new, seventh-generation Transporter and Caravelle, now available to order. Replacing the T6.1, the new Transporter boasts increased space, more body styles, improved payload capacity, greater efficiency, and a more car-like interior.
Starting from €39,265, the Transporter offers diesel and electric options, with TDI outputs of 110 PS, 150 PS, and 170 PS, plus a range-topping e-Transporter from €57,495 (€53,695 after grants) delivering up to 331km on a single charge. It’s available in short or long wheelbase versions, with various roof heights and a payload capacity of up to 1.33 tonnes.
Standard features on entry-level Trendline models include a 13-inch touchscreen, digital cockpit, rear-view camera, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, while PanAmericana models add 19-inch alloys, LED lights, and premium interior touches.
The Caravelle, starting from €62,725, focuses on passenger transport, with flexible seating for up to nine and TDI or electric options. All models come with Volkswagen’s comprehensive five-year warranty, roadside assistance, and service plan as standard.
